【Content】

The main content of this product is cefradine.

Chemical name: (6r-(6alpha,7))-((amino-1,4-cyclohexadien-1-ylacetyl)amino)-3-methyl-8-oxo-5-thia-1-azabicyclo(4.2.0)oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid

【Properties】

This product content is white to light yellow powder or granule.

【Indications】

It is suitable for acute pharyngitis caused by sensitive bacteria , amygdalitis, bronchitis, pneumonia and other respiratory tract infections. This product is oral preparation. It should not be used to serious infection.

【Specification】

0.25g. Counted by anhydrous C16H19N3O4S.

【Usage and dosage 】

Take orally. Adult often dosage: 0.25～0.5g each time. Every 6 hours a time. Serious infection can increase up to 1g. But, the daily amount should no more than 4g.

Children often dosage: According to weight a day 25 to 50 mg/kg.

【Untoward effect】

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reactions are more common. Drug eruption incidence is about 1%～3%. Few patients can appear: temporal blood urea nitrogen elevation, serum aminotransferase elevation, etc. Long-term use can lead to dysbacteriosis. Few cases appear psychological problem, hearing loss,delayed type hypersensitivity, etc.

【Matters need attention】

1. Before the application of this product, the patients should be asked about drug allergy history carefully. Other patients should use it under close observation. Once produce allergic reaction, stop the use of drug immediately. If produce anaphylactic shock, it should do on-site rescue immediately, including keep airway unobstructed, oxygen uptake and other measures.

2. This article is mainly discharged through renal. The people who has decrease in renal function must reduce dose or extend dosing interphase, as well as children patients.

【Pregnant women and lactating women use】

This product can through the placental barrier into fetal blood circulation. Pregnant women and lactating women should use with caution.

【Children use】

Using this product may cause hematuria. The application of this product on children should be cautious and in monitoring.

【Elderly patients use】

The elderly patients with renal impairment should reduce dose or extend dosing interphase.
